Dr Sean Ng
Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon
MBBS (Singapore), MMed (Orthopaedic Surgery) FRCS (Edinburgh), FAM (Singapore)
Dr Sean Ng is a Ministry of Health-accredited orthopaedic surgeon who is experienced in all kinds of general orthopaedic and trauma surgery, including minimally invasive knee surgery for meniscus tears. At the same time, as an avid sportsperson, he fully recognises the importance of utilising conservative treatments as far as possible.
On top of running his own practice, Dr Ng is also currently a Visiting Consultant at Singapore General Hospital (SGH).
Education
Dr Ng obtained his MBBS from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and subsequently his Masters of Medicine in Orthopaedic Surgery in Singapore as well.
Not long after, he obtained his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr Ng also completed further orthopaedic training under the Ministry of Health HMDP award at the largest hospital in Switzerland, the Hopitaux Universitaires de Geneve in Geneva.
